The Chesterfield Apartments: PSH Partner Debrief

At the Chesterfield Apartments PSH Partners Debrief, a Plus/Delta exercise enabled partners to improve planning and reflect on the work accomplished to date. The exercise focuses on continuous improvement, while also providing an opportunity to reflect on what has gone well. This report details the Plus/Delta exercise performed on the Chesterfield Apartments, a 42-unit affordable housing building for older adults who have experienced homelessness.
