Description:
CSH is seeking subcontractors to provide trainings as part of a homeless services provider academy to be held in 2016 and 2017 in Pierce County, Washington. Subcontractors will deliver trainings and content expertise on the activities and topics outlined below.
Planned activities:
- Provide content expertise to CSH to develop self-paced learning courses.
- Deliver in-person trainings.
- Develop and/or provide access to an existing self-paced online course on self-care for homeless service providers.
Expected Outcomes, Milestones, and Deliverables:
Each deliverable corresponds with an individual training product. Subcontractors may apply for multiple deliverables provided that a discrete budget is included for each deliverable.
Deliverable 1: Provide content expertise for the development of 1 self-paced online course, three in-person 1-day trainings and 2, 2-hour follow-up training sessions on the topic of having creative conversations when addressing housing crisis.
Deliverable 2: Develop and/or provide access to an existing self-paced online course on self-care for up to 200 homeless service providers for 1 year.
Deliverable 3: Provide content expertise for the development of 1 self-paced online course about change management within agencies.
Deliverable 4: Deliver 1, 1-day training and 1, half-day follow-up training session on Results Based Facilitation.
Deliverable 5: Deliver 1, 1-day training on serving people with physical and mental disabilities in housing and homeless programs.
Funding Available:
An amount not to exceed $36,000 is available for this project.

Please note that CSH requires subcontractors, including individuals and sole proprietors, to carry workers’ compensation insurance while performing work under a CSH subcontract. CSH subcontractors cannot have existing, pending or expired debarments that preclude them from doing business with the United States government and cannot have convictions for, nor have any pending indictments for, fraud or a criminal offense in connection with a public contract or subcontract.
