Providing 106 units of affordable and supportive housing, Cedar Avenue is the first housing project to be developed in partnership with the New York State Housing Finance Agency and the New York State Office of Mental Health. CSH provided a $300,000 predevlopment loan to help get this project off the ground. Community Access, the project sponsor, has been a long time partner of CSH and was honored at our 20th Anniversary Event last year.
