This new report builds on our assessment of 2009 and 2010 qualified allocation plan (QAP) policies and examines the strategies housing credit agencies adopted to foster and encourage supportive housing development within Qualified Allocation Plans (QAP) for the Low- Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit), and highlights significant changes made within QAPs over the past several years.
