As the COVID-19 crisis develops, there may come a time (maybe it’s happening already) where you will need to keep track of client-related information and COVID-19 outcomes across your resident populations. Even if your agency has a robust case management data system, it may take some time to get it updated to appropriately track what is needed. Finally, as resources flow from local, state, and federal resources your agency will want to keep track of your numbers across demographics, co-occurring conditions, and COVID-status.
