Making a Bequest to CSH
Making a bequest can be as simple as inserting a paragraph into your will. We can help you work out the details.
Example Bequest Language: “I give, devise and bequeath to Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), Tax ID #13-3600232, 55 Broadway, 10th Floor
New York, NY 10006, the sum of $__________ (or _% of my residuary estate) to be used in support of its general charitable purposes.”
If you wish to designate a bequest for a specific program, please contact the Fund Development department at [email protected], so we can work with you to direct your gift. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please inform us of your gift.
Donor Advised Funds
Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) are investment accounts for the sole purpose of supporting charitable organizations today. This tool automatically links with your DAF, allows you to recommend how you’d like your gift to be used and notifies CSH of your intentions. Using the link below to grant from your DAF also saves us a lot of time, so thank you! It’s a great way to ensure consistent financial support while saving cash for immediate needs.

Stock Gifting
Donating stocks allows you to avoid capital gains tax and often take a charitable deduction for the full value of the asset.
