2025-2026 Georgia Supportive Housing Institute Yearbook

The 2025–2026 Georgia Supportive Housing Institute Yearbook highlights a milestone year of collaboration and innovation to expand supportive housing across Georgia. In partnership with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, CSH supported multidisciplinary teams through an intensive program to advance developments from concept to implementation while strengthening skills in financing, design, and service integration.

The resulting projects are expected to create more than 800 affordable housing units, including over 270 supportive housing units serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness, living with disabilities, or facing other complex barriers—demonstrating the impact of coordinated, community-driven solutions.
