Ending Youth Homelessness Guidebook Series: Promising Program Models

This series of three HUD guidebooks is designed for Continuum of Care (CoC) leadership and stakeholders to use as hands-on action plans to prevent and end youth homelessness. CSH is acknowledged as a contributor to the guidebooks, which include suggested strategies, identification of promising practices, and considerations for CoCs and their partners that can be implemented immediately. The guidebook topics are: Systems Planning, Mainstream System Collaboration & Promising Program Models.
