CSH, a grantee of the Social Innovation Fund’s Pay for Success program, has selected six subgrantee organizations to receive intensive technical assistance to determine the feasibility of Pay for Success supportive housing models aligning payment for community-based solutions with verified social outcomes.
Last year, the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) announced a $750,000 award to CSH through their Social Innovation Fund program, designating us a conduit to provide expert advice to communities hoping to implement robust Pay-for-Success financed supportive housing.
Funding under this (CSH) Social Innovation Fund Pay for Success initiative is designed to support cities, states, and nonprofit organizations working to create and evaluate bold ways to finance high-quality, effective supportive housing interventions producing measurable outcomes for individuals and communities. Supportive housing effectively links affordable housing for the most vulnerable populations to the services they need to stay housed, stable and independent.
