Center City Housing is hiring a Site Director

CSH partner, Center City Housing Corporation (CCHC), is accepting resumes for the position of Site Director for River Crest, a board and lodging facility located in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

The Site Director will be responsible for guiding the overall operation of the 40-unit building and the support services offered to its residents, chronic public inebriates. The position involves leading staff and contract employees in building operations based upon “Harm Reduction” and “Housing First” philosophies. Duties include but are not limited to budget management, employee supervision and governmental contract oversight/reporting.

Qualified applicants shall have a B.A. degree in a human service, housing, business administration or closely related field, a minimum of five years of related experience with at least three years at a supervisory level.

Anticipated start date: May 1, 2012
