In Indiana, CSH works closely with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority to stimulate the creation of supportive housing for vulnerable populations of people who are experiencing homelessness.
The Indiana Housing Options Planner & Evaluator (IHOPE) is a web-based tool designed to streamline the process of connecting clients with supportive housing options that can best meet their needs.
With the help of CSH and the Technical Assistance Collaborative (TAC), state officials developed a ‘crosswalk’ between services provided in supportive housing and those that are billable to Medicaid under the Medicaid Rehabilitation Option.
CSH in Indiana presented the Opening Doors supportive housing institute from June to November of this year. CSH and our partners at IHCDA will begin planning for the 2012 Institute soon.
This past December, VISN 11 hosted a VA Summit that was coordinated by CSH and the VA. The Summit Report is now available for you to read and share.
Launching locally in January, CSH will be at the table, working to house Indianapolis' most vulnerable men, women and families.
