Trauma-Informed Approaches for Housing and Supportive Service Providers Training and Certification

This professional certificate program is for anyone interested in developing skills to provide quality trauma-informed services in the housing and homelessness system.

This series dives deep on the pressing topics of providing trauma-informed services. The series starts with foundational knowledge about understanding trauma and trauma-informed principles. Then the instructors guide participants through how to apply these principles in their daily work to enhance their skills. From service planning to workplace wellness to anti-racist practices, service providers learn through discussion and practical real-world scenarios strategies to support people who have experienced trauma.

This certification series includes 7 unique learning modules. Participants who complete each module and pass a skills review at the end of each session will receive a professional certificate in Trauma-Informed Approaches for Housing and Service Providers.
