CSH’s Allies for Employment Initiative was a re-granting and technical assistance program that established and enhanced partnerships between the supportive housing industry, private employers, and mainstream workforce systems funded through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). This Summary Report documents the remarkable progress and planned next steps for each of the collaborative projects that received an Allies for Employment Planning Grant, and also highlights important lessons that organizations and communities across the country can learn from the grantees’ partnerships, activities, and plans.
