AB2034 Program Experiences in Housing Homeless People with Serious Mental Illness

This report describes the housing strategies used by the pilot programs in California, and the outcomes they achieved.  The results of the analysis seem to indicate that the programs have succeeded in helping their consumers become stably housed, particularly among those facing the greatest number of challenges.
