The national CSH Supportive Housing Summit is back in person and will be held in historic Philadelphia, PA, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Join more than 800 attendees from across the country representing housing and property development, service providers, community leaders, people with lived experiences of homelessness, government staff, researchers, and more.

CSH Supportive Housing Summit: Building the Field

The homelessness and affordable housing crises are affecting communities across the country. The CSH Supportive Housing Summit 2023 theme, “Building the Field,” addresses the urgent need for resources — including funding, training, networks, and guidance — that will equip the supportive housing field to invest in quality housing, coordinated services, and a sustainable, equitable workforce. 

The CSH Summit sessions will address the need to:

  • Increase the supply of housing
  • Strategies for promoting economic security
  • Ways to partner with communities to co-create new approaches that advance racial equity and housing justice
  • Approaches to strengthening the supportive housing workforce

Attendees will leave with a toolbox of resources, practical strategies and an expanded network of contacts to help leverage and maximize the impact of their work towards advancing affordable and supportive housing in their communities.

The CSH Supportive Housing Summit is taking place at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Hotel rooms and travel costs are not included in the cost of the conference registration. 

The hotel block at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is currently sold out. We recommend the following nearby hotels:

The Pre-Summit will begin Wednesday, May 31, 2023 with extended workshop sessions beginning at 10 am and conference breakout sessions beginning at 3:30 pm. The conference will conclude on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 12:30 pm.

About the CSH Supportive Housing Summit

Since 2015, the CSH Supportive Housing Summit has brought together tenants, people with lived experiences of homelessness, service providers, developers, property managers, and funders to discuss innovations and to generate new ideas and connections that can advance supportive housing. The conference brings together more than 800 attendees from across the country representing various sectors, roles, and lived experiences. 

Previously, this national conference has convened in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and Indianapolis. This year, after a pause due to the pandemic, we are excited to be hosting this event in person at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
