The 2025 CSH SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SUMMIT:
MEETING THE MOMENT: NAVIGATING CHALLENGES, CREATING OPPORTUNITIES
was held April 23-25, 2025, at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk.
Nearly 1,400 attendees energized the supportive housing sector to meet the moment, turning the Summit into a powerful catalyst for forward momentum and innovation.
The Summit sparked bold ideas, showcased data-driven successes, and brought together inspirational voices and invaluable connections that will continue to shape the future of our field.

Supportive housing is an effective intervention, yet the field continues to experience challenges in scaling, preserving, and operating quality supportive housing.
The CSH Summit sessions addressed the need to:
- Increase the supply of housing
- Strategies for promoting economic security
- Ways to partner with communities to co-create new approaches that advance housing justice
- Approaches to strengthening the supportive housing workforce
Attendees left with a toolbox of resources, practical strategies and an expanded network of contacts to help leverage and maximize the impact of their work towards advancing affordable and supportive housing in their communities.

About the CSH Supportive Housing Summit
Since 2015, the CSH Supportive Housing Summit has brought together tenants, people with lived experiences of homelessness, service providers, developers, property managers, and funders to discuss innovations and to generate new ideas and connections that can advance supportive housing. The Summit brings together attendees from across the country representing various sectors, roles, and lived experiences.
Previously, this national conference has convened in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia. We were thrilled to return to Chicago.
