The NOFA is directed to owners of either 1) existing affordable and/or workforce multifamily rental developments or 2) developers of proposed new affordable and/or workforce multifamily rental developments seeking State General Obligation Bond Funds issued by the DECD to be used as gap funding for various HUD, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, and other privately and publicly financed development proposals.

Access the NOFA below, along with the program outline and rating criteria. A consolidated application is available on CHFA’s website.

Materials are also available on DECD’s website.
