CSH is a National Training and Technical Assistance Partner (NTTAP) funded by the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) through the Bureau of Primary Healthcare (BPHC).
What is an NTTAP?
NTTAPs are responsible for creating, managing, coordinating, and assessing training and technical assistance for health centers. Our role is crucial in helping health centers support special populations. NTTAPs also assist health centers in maintaining financial stability, implementing effective workforce development, utilizing health information technology, and delivering healthcare services that are culturally and linguistically fitting for their patients. Housing as an Intervention for HIV Linkage to Care
This publication aims to increase the recognition of housing as an evidence based, multifunctional intervention for people with HIV experiencing homelessness. Housing is a strategic and powerful driver for improving clinical outcome measures on a client, clinic, and systems level. This publication will elevate key findings in research, best practices, and community strategies where housing as an intervention for HIV linkage to care has been realized and implemented.

The Health Center Resource Clearinghouse provides a broad framework of resources, tools, and supports to facilitate health center professionals’ ability to access and utilize critical resources from all NTTAPs a part of the NRC.
