The Coordinated Entry (CE) Leadership Team determined that a group that is representative of the Continuum of Care will be charged with crafting an updated prioritization practice. This group is known as the CE Prioritization Workgroup, and their recommendation will be reviewed by the CE Leadership Team in order to finalize and adopt an updated plan.
