In recent years, New York has advanced criminal justice reform, yet the question of housing for households with histories of justice-involvement remains insufficiently addressed. Systemic barriers to affordable housing with appropriate services leave far too many households with few or no options for avoiding homelessness or a return to incarceration. This webinar will bring together leaders from local government, development organizations and non-profits to discuss current efforts and proven practices for developing supportive housing and providing effective services to a criminal justice-involved population.
