And the Award Goes to…

Talmadge Gateway supportive housing, the most recent winner of the CSH Ruby Award in San Diego, has transformed the local landscape and approach to addressing homelessness for older adults. Opened in July 2017, Talmadge is the product of a partnership among Wakeland Housing, St. Paul’s PACE and City Heights CDC, and was recognized this year with the CSH Supportive Housing Award presented during the annual San Diego Housing Federation Ruby Awards.

Talmadge exemplifies quality supportive housing and has become home to 59 older San Diegans who would otherwise be homeless, and CSH is delighted to honor this outstanding project.
