Last month, CSH responded to a call by the Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee for comment on ways to improve the delivery of federal housing assistance on, this, the 50th anniversary of the creation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
In our comments, CSH stressed the many innovative, effective and efficient HUD programs that are already delivering on their promise, and serving vulnerable people in need of housing.
