CSH Helping Las Vegas with Coordinated Access

Earlier this month, CSH facilitated a Charrette on Coordinated Access in Las Vegas, Nevada. Contracting with Clark County, CSH coordinated weekly meetings with community leaders prior to the event, which informed Charrette topics. The result was a Charrette focused on solidifying the design of a Coordinated Access System and implementing that new system.

The intensive discussion process included conversations around community goals, housing models and targeting, access points and flow, prioritization, streamlining, shifting resources, and data sharing and accountability. By bringing together champions in the community, CSH condensed a discussion and decision-making process, which might have otherwise dragged on for years.

As a result of the Charrette, community leaders in Las Vegas will be moving forward with a roll-out plan for their new Coordinated Access System.
