Situated on the grounds of the Sepulveda VA campus in the North Hills area of San Fernando Valley the apartment complex includes:

- Laundry Facilities
- Parking
- Multi-Purpose Community Room
- Free Internet Access
- On-Site Supportive Services/ Manager
