Integrated Housing and Health Care Institute

CSH and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority , in partnership with the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, Department of Mental Health and Addictions, and Indiana State Department of Public Health held a Supportive Housing Institute session focused on integrated healthcare within integrated housing.

This learning opportunity helped Community Mental Health Centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers plan for further integration of primary and behavioral healthcare.
