Each person in supportive housing has a unique background and service needs and will have an individual service plan (if desired). Yet there are particular populations of supportive housing tenants who often have commonalities that can inform project design, service planning and delivery. Choose from the links below to learn more about considerations for delivering services to each population as well as project profiles from existing supportive housing projects serving such tenants. This is not an exhaustive list, and it is important to remember that services to any supportive tenant or population should be flexible, comprehensive, and based on the tenant’s unique needs and interests.
