The Virginia Youth Foyer
The Foyer is independent and permanent living for youth that are homeless and in need of permanent housing. The building consists of 13 efficiency units and two 2-bedroom units. Each efficiency unit is to be occupied by one person. The 2-bedroom units are designed for parenting youth.
