Publications and Written Guidance

In order to maximize potential in their communities for vulnerable populations, CSH believes it is essential for providers and funders in the healthcare, housing and behavioral health sectors to understand strategies for collaboration, leveraging resources, and impactful service delivery.  Our healthcare and housing publications are designed to present community stakeholders the important information – study results, best practices, and decision points –  that can influence and guide actions in their own communities to address needs and gaps.  From industry Needs Assessments to Project Profiles to Resource Guides and Practice Tools, the CSH publications have the common goal to provide information that is practical and productive in advancing that collaborations that generate positive health and quality of life outcomes for vulnerable populations.
