From Maine to Florida, CSH staff work to bolster supportive housing and improve lives in communities across the Eastern region of the country.
The supportive housing industry is changing. Fast. On March 8 in Philadelphia we helped partners from the industry get ahead of the curve.
CSH is providing predevelopment and acquisition loans to Columbia and National Church Residences to bridge tax credit and other financing. The project preserves 90 units of supportive housing, rehabilitating a historic property and improving the building’s interior to create updated, larger apartments to better serve tenants.
CSH is dedicated to creating the housing and services models that work to reach and house the most vulnerable veterans, along with the technologies and systems needed to identify and engage them. Most recently, in New York, CSH joined the 100,000 Homes Campaign to convene a Housing Placement Boot Camp for veterans.
Homeless Coalition of Hillsborough County along with support from CSH held the first day of meetings to address the issues and needs of the homeless community in our county. Community members and experts met to discuss these needs and problems that face a varied number of citizens in the county.
