CSH's HUD Technical Assistance
CSH is a national Technical Assistance (TA) provider to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Office of Community Planning and Development. CSH has served as the lead for 16 local and national awards since 2004, totaling over $5 million dollars. Through these awards, and at HUD’s direction, CSH offers communities TA leveraging our over 20 years of expertise on ending homelessness.
CSH has proven experience in providing hundreds of consultations and technical assistance engagements with federal, state, and local provider and government agencies, to facilitate the broad support needed to successfully implement HUD’s programs. CSH’s TA staff have extensive experience in Continuums of Care, planning, training, financing and delivery of services and housing, technical assistance, and on-the-ground implementation of HUD programs.
Our HUD TA has allowed CSH to provide needs assessments, trainings, webinars, direct technical assistance, 10-year-planning and other assistance to end homelessness in numerous communities across the country including Michigan, New Jersey, California, Illinois, Texas, Florida, and many others. CSH is currently a recipient of national awards for HMIS Technical Assistance, HUD OneCPD, and HUD Homeless Technical Assistance.
