CSH is providing predevelopment and acquisition loans to Columbia and National Church Residences to bridge tax credit and other financing. The project preserves 90 units of supportive housing, rehabilitating a historic property and improving the building’s interior to create updated, larger apartments to better serve tenants.
CSH is dedicated to creating the housing and services models that work to reach and house the most vulnerable veterans, along with the technologies and systems needed to identify and engage them. Most recently, in New York, CSH joined the 100,000 Homes Campaign to convene a Housing Placement Boot Camp for veterans.
CSH is a proud partner of the Florida Coalition for the Homeless and the Florida Supportive Housing Coalition and recently co-sponsored their 2011 conference.
